Join our dynamic team for the British F1 Grand Prix, offering three unique role areas: Ticket Scanning, Wayfinding Support at nearby train stations, and Wayfinding Support at Park & Ride hubs. From efficiently scanning tickets to guiding guests through transportation options, your adaptability and attention to detail will be essential in enhancing the overall event experience. When is it? Friday 5 - Sunday 7 July (ticketing and Park & Ride teams), Thursday 4 - Sunday 7 July (train station teams)
What are the shift times? 05:30 - 14:30 (train station teams) / TBC (ticketing and Park & Ride teams)
Where is it? Within vicinity of Silverstone Circuit, Towcester, NN12 8TL
What will I be paid? £12.82 per hour + £12.82 to cover travel expenses, paid within 2 weeks

Other information
Is there good public transport links? For Train Station Teams, ideally you'll be commuting directly to the station by train. For Park & Ride Teams, these hubs are not close to public transport connections and would require you to drive - if you're camping onsite, car sharing from the campsite may be possible. For Ticketing Teams, you'll be able to use train / park & ride services to get to site.

Is there bike parking? Yes - exact details to be announced.

Is there car parking? Yes - free parking is available for all teams.

Are meals provided? Yes. Logistics of this are to be confirmed. You're advised to be refreshments to supplement this.

Is this role open to anyone? Yes. 

Is uniform provided? To be confirmed soon.

Do I need to bring anything with me? No.

Do I need to have specific experience to apply? No, customer-facing experience would be great though!

Is there training that needs to be done beforehand? There'll be a virtual briefing a couple of days before.

Is accommodation provided? Yes. Camping will be available for all staff. You must supply all equipment.

Is travel reimbursed? Yes, you'll be paid an additional hour of pay (£12.82) per day to contribute towards travel expenses.
