Case Study: The F1 Exhibition London
Luna Cinema and their parent company Sony needed a staffing agency to support their latest exhibition, the F1 Exhibition London, situated at the Excel and running for a total of 6 months, 7 days a week.
From Monday to Friday we provide a team of 17 staff daily which increases to 24 people on the weekends.
The roles required training in order for the staff to understand each area of the exhibition where they are working, which our in house recruitment team managed, working closely with the Luna team.
We’ve had fantastic feedback so far and have developed a great working relationship with the team at Luna. The exhibition runs until March 2025.
Case Study: Our Community at the London Marathon Running Show Excel
We provided a team of trade show staff to assist with questions and guide people around one of the largest expos in the World. Our front-of-house team of trade show staff had to be friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable of the site layout to navigate the 40,000 visitors around over the week.
In a fast paced and pressured environment our staff had to be both approachable and knowledgeable, showcasing great communication skills in providing clear information to those in attendance.
