Join our enthusiastic team as Ticket Scanners for an unforgettable concert at Warwick Castle. As part of our event staff, you'll be the first point of contact for attendees, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.
Your role will include scanning tickets, providing directions, and assisting with any entry inquiries. Embrace the exciting atmosphere of a live concert in this historic venue, and help create a seamless experience for all guests.
Your friendly demeanour and attention to detail will be crucial in making this event a success.
You must be available to work at all 4 concerts.

When is it? Thursday 18 - Sunday 21 July 2024
What are the shift times? 3.30pm - 9.30pm each day
Where is it? Warwick Castle, Warwick, CV34 6AH
What will I be paid? £12.82 per hour + £12.82 per day for travel, within 2 weeks of the event

Is there good public transport links? Yes. The castle is located in the city centre with a 14-minute walk to the train station, providing direct trains to Birmingham, London and the South West.

Is this role open to anyone? Yes, anyone can apply. You must be available to work all 4 days of the concerts.

Do I need to have specific experience to apply? No, any customer-facing experience would be great though.
Is there training that needs to be done beforehand? No, but there may be a virtual briefing a couple of days before to run you through the logistics of the day and a full briefing pack will be provided.
Is accommodation provided? No.
Is travel reimbursed? Yes. You'll be paid an additional £12.82 per day to contribute travel expenses.
