Step into the elegance of the 1920s and play a key role in delivering an unforgettable night of glamour and sophistication to our distinguished guests. Our team is committed to exceptional service, immaculate presentation, and the seamless delivery of a premium event experience.

🎟️ Ticket Scanners – First Impressions Matter

As one of our Ticket Scanning Hosts, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests as they arrive at the venue. You'll be immaculately presented, warm, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and welcoming entry. Precision, confidence and poise are essential, as our guests expect a flawless welcome that sets the tone for the evening.

💫 Meet & Greet – Grace, Charm & Excellence

As part of our Meet & Greet Team, you'll embody the spirit of the Gatsby era – refined, attentive and always composed. You'll welcome guests with a warm smile and a sense of occasion, helping with directions, answering questions and enhancing the overall sense of luxury from the very first interaction.

🧥 Cloakroom – Discretion & Efficiency

Our Cloakroom Team is responsible for delivering smooth, secure and elegant service as guests check their coats and belongings. Organisation and calm under pressure are vital, as is a polished appearance. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect throughout the night.

🛍️ Merchandise – Style Meets Sales

Our Merchandise Team combines product knowledge with a keen sense of style and charm. You’ll assist guests in selecting exclusive event memorabilia  handling sales transactions with professionalism and finesse. A sharp eye for detail and a confident, well-groomed appearance are key to making the shopping experience feel just as glamorous as the event itself.

🎭 Post-Event – Behind the Scenes with Care

After the final toast, all team members will support the de-rig process  no heavy lifting required. While the guests may be gone, the high standards remain – professionalism and teamwork are essential through to the final moment.

When is it? Saturday 15 November 2025
What are the shift times? 4pm - 11.30pm or 6pm - 11.30pm 
Where is it? St George's Pl, Liverpool, L1 1JJ
What will I be paid? £13.69 per hour, within 2 weeks of the event

Are meals provided? No. We recommend bringing enough water to last your shift and all the refreshments you need.

Is this role open to anyone? Yes, anyone can apply. 

Is uniform provided? No. The dress code is smart. Staff should wear smart black shirts and black smart trousers. Long black skirts may be worn. Black socks and black, formal shoes should be worn. Trainers, jeans and short skirts are not permitted.

Do I need to bring anything with me? No.

Do I need to have specific experience to apply? Please have a read of the job descriptions carefully to ensure you're an ideal match for these roles – we'll be asking your role preference at your phone interview.

Is there training that needs to be done beforehand? No, all training will be provided upon arrival.
