About the event
The One in London promises a taste of New York City and never-before-seen activations including “London, baby!” and FRIENDS™ Station. Immerse yourself in recreated sets; dance in front of the fountain, peep through the iconic purple door at Rachel and Monica’s apartment, play foosball at Joey and Chandler’s, and take a selfie on the couch in Central Perk.

The Turkey Head – we have it. Phoebe’s New York cab – we have it. The 18 page letter – we have it (front and back!). Hang out at FRIENDS™ Station for even more photo opportunities, snacks and of course coffee before hitting up The FRIENDS™ Experience Retail Store. And yes, we’ve got Hugsy and the famous yellow frame waiting for you.

Job description
Across the event, staff will be responsible for guest engagement, queue management, prop security, photo opportunities and retail operations.

We're looking to recruit a diverse, multi-disciplined team to deliver this event, which operates 7-days a week, with shifts 8-12 hours per day. Between them, our small team will be able to cover all opening hours of the event on a medium-length basis - working a regular shift pattern where possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for freelancers, new graduates or anyone who wants regular work during the week or at weekends. This event isn't possible to host evening-only work or people looking for one-off days.

Living locally or within a short commutable route will be beneficial as we'll be able to call on you at short notice when visitor numbers peak.

As of October 2024, shifts are only offered as cover for pre-existing staff and applications for new staff are currently not open. The experience has been extended until April 2025 - if additional spaces for staff become available, we'll re-open applications.
