Job description
Be part of the excitement of the Formula 1® British Grand Prix by joining our team at train stations near Silverstone! You’ll be welcoming race-day guests, performing ticket checks, offering wayfinding support and helping with any travel-related queries to ensure a smooth journey to the circuit. As one of the first points of contact for fans, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, stress-free start to their day. We’re looking for enthusiastic, approachable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people. This is your chance to be part of the buzz surrounding one of the world’s biggest motorsport events!

The details
This role will not be based onsite at the circuit. We're providing staff at 5 locations, where guests will be arriving by train and queueing for buses to get to them to the circuit. All the sites are operating for all 4 day and all have the same timings - see below for more information. During your interview, we'll ask your location preference.
Locations: Milton Keynes, Banbury, Oxford Parkway, Coventry, Northampton
- Thursday shifts are 9am - 6.30pm
- Friday shifts are 5.30am - 6.30pm
- Saturday shifts are 5.30am - 2.30pm
- Sunday shifts are 4.30am - 2.30pm
What will I be paid? £13.69 per hour (inc holiday pay) for staff roles, with higher rates for supervisor and manager roles + from £13.69 per day as contribution towards travel
