Join our enthusiastic team at the Etihad Campus, where you'll play a key role in enhancing the matchday experience for fans. We have multiple roles available, including providing customer assistance and wayfinding throughout the stadium, as well as engaging with young fans in the Kids Fanzone.
As part of the team, you'll help guide and assist attendees, ensuring they find their way to their seats, facilities, and other key areas with ease. In the fanzones, you'll bring energy and fun, engaging with fans through interactive activities and games.
Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and passion for football will be crucial in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors. Be part of the excitement at Manchester City and help make every matchday special!
We're recruiting for a number of locations around the Campus (see below), and we'll allocate staff based on past experience.

When is it? Sunday, 22nd of September 2024
What are the shift times?
Kids Fanzone team at the Joie Stadium: 11.45am - 3.45pm
Wristbanding team at West Reception: 1.00pm - 5.00pm
Wristbanding team at 93:20 Reception: 1.45pm - 5.45pm
Where is it? Etihad Stadium, Manchester, M11 3FF
What will I be paid? £12.82 per hour, paid within 2 weeks (all shifts will be paid for 5 hours work minimum)

Is this role open to anyone? Yes, anyone can apply! If you want to working in the Kids Fanzone, already having a recently-issued DBS and experience working with young people is ideal.

Do I need to have specific experience to apply? We're looking for enthusiastic, engaging people!
Is there training that needs to be done beforehand? Paid onsite training will be provided.
