We’re seeking motivated individuals to support the fundraising element of the upcoming Annual Fundraising Gala the event—engaging attendees, assisting with donations, and helping drive the charity’s impact. If you’re passionate about community and want to play a hands-on role in making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

When is it? Saturday 6 December 2025
What are the shift times? 4.30pm - 10.30pm
Where is it? Crowne Plaza Liverpool, 2 St Nicholas Plaza Liverpool city centre, L3 1QW
What will I be paid? £13.69 per hour, within 2 weeks of the event

Is there bike parking? No, on-street public space available only
Is there car parking? Yes.
Are meals provided? Yes, refreshments are provided. Recommended to bring own food and drinks.
Is this role open to anyone? Yes, anyone can apply. Advantageous if you have an experience with working in a fundraising environment.
Is uniform provided? No, you must wear all black smart clothing, comfortable shoes. Only a masquerade masks will be provided for you to be worn during the event.
Do I need to bring anything with me? No.
Do I need to have specific experience to apply? Previous hospitality and fundraising experience on a similar event is essential.
Is there training that needs to be done beforehand? No, all training will be provided upon arrival.
Is accommodation provided? No.
